Mr. Herzog, a seasoned financial executive, brings with him 30 years of business experience in financial and operations management, and accounting.  As a financial professional, he has focused on partnering with operating executives, utilizing core financial and operational data to generate insight and guide decision-making.

Prior to joining Ecochlor, Herzog worked at Otis Elevator Company, Boston Scientific, Pratt & Whitney and Spirit AeroSystems. His roles included A/R and A/P functions, V.P. of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Finance Executive of a $1.5B multi-business global division. He also owned DMC Financial Solutions, an accounting and technology services firm. Herzog holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
